It's got a nice balance and flavour, I think it's quite approachable for a large variety of audience and works well with a good range of food, not too spicy or sour. I get a good balance of spice and a bit of smokiness.

The very first thing I taste is this amazing smokey flavor from the dried chilies. This brings just enough heat without overwhelming the smokey flavor which is enhanced with the garlic and sea salt. This is finished off by a slightly tangy flavor from the lemon juice
A great roasted/smokey/pepper forward sauce. The aroma is deliciously decadent. Savory and sweet but with a great kick from the birds eye. The deep red color is full of seeds and pepper skins with a nice medium consistency. You get a good citrus kick from the lemon and vinegar then then the herbs and peppers come through and a roasted and smoked pepper comes in that really works well with fatty meats! This is definitely going on some grilled meats and also using as a glaze for some smoked ribs!
One of the best sauces we have tasted so far! Packed with natural flavor and decent heat! A must have for every chilihead! Goes on everything!!!
